These books are based on my personal battle and the practice of various personal routes that I found to work – only on the basis of daily effort! It does take some time.
I created my own condition (in innocence!), and therefore, recognised that I needed to re-create myself! I needed to re-programme my mind!
If we have the desire to heal, then we most definitely can heal! I want to bring comfort in knowing that we feel “stuck” at the time, and if it’s really deep it can take some months or years even, but if you stick to putting value on your life, you can truly do it! The reward is worth the effort!
I am not a councillor and don’t claim to be one. The written works are experiential sharing in order to help people, knowing that it worked for me, but with the knowledge that everyone is different. I could (and can) see that people need some form of self-help that isn’t complicated, and that is possible!
Mental Health is just as vital as physical health! Please help yourself and work on your life! Once you get past the hardest times you decide that you deserve the best. You become more grateful, create better circumstances, and understand yourself so much more! You are worth it! We have as much right to be here as everyone else! We are all equal in this world.
You were born for a reason! You do matter!

Do You Need Help Deciding on Which Book?
If you choose to purchase a Positive Programming Book, then I would highly recommend reading the 1st one, with the title: Positive Programming, The Power of Thought. This book is an easy-read, which helps if we need help with concentration levels.
The 2nd one is equally as worthy! The title of this book is: Positive Programming, The Secret Key to Releasing Anxiety & Finding Internal Happiness. This has become a popular book! I highly recommend this one.
The Harsh Truth!
We need to take responsibility for ourselves once we become self-aware. Awareness of our thoughts, words and actions is a huge step forward!
Here’s a pun-of-a-question: “What are your thoughts on the subject?” I’m always open to discussion. I can speak from the deepest of pits… rising to the most capable mindset of facing my fears. If you can imagine me sat fearfully shaking on a sofa for months, then later in self-re-conditioning – having the courage to do a tandem jump from a plane at 13,000 feet without any fear, then this where I have conquered myself!
There are common phrases that state that our mind is our only prison, or that our greatest dreams lie beyond our fear. It is so true! Conquer you!
